Step One
Australian University of Theology Student Policies
Below outlines the official Australian University of Theology Student Policies, which apply to all

Fill out the application form relevant to you:
- Undergraduate Course Application (for those without a previous degree)
- Postgraduate Course Application (for those with a previous degree)
- Audit Only (for those who want access to lectures and notes, no written assessments)

Step Two
We will call you to arrange an interview time either on campus or via Skype.
Step Three
If your application is successful you will be contacted by one of the Trinity team to help you enrol in your units and plan your study time at Trinity College Queensland.
Step Four
Trinity College Queensland is an Affiliated College of the Australian University of Theology (AUT). The tuition fees are set by AUT on an annual basis. More information about tuition fees is available at https://aut.edu.au/fees/.
Arrange for payment according to Trinity’s fee schedule.
FEE-HELP is a tuition fees loan provided by the Australian Government when you attend university or an approved higher education provider.
OR
If you are paying up front – semester fees are due before the end of week 2 in the current semester OR if enrolling in an intensive unit before the end of day 2 class. Payment plans may be considered in special circumstances.
Each UNIT FEE is made up with a fee for tuition, library use and other services and resources provided by Trinity College Queensland as well as an administration fee from our Higher Education Provider (HEP) the Australian University of Theology.
Step Five
Your Trinity College Queensland student card will be issued to you within the first week of your class.
