Ordination sets apart called individuals for the ordering of the church. But what does that mean, and who is the call for?

Across two Wednesday sessions on 2 and 9 September, this short course invites you to explore the meaning of ordained ministry, calling and discernment, and what it means to be set apart for ministry in the life of the church.

Together, we’ll consider questions of vocation and calling, explore how a call to ordained ministry might be recognised and discerned, and reflect on what ordained ministry means in the life of the church. Each session builds on the previous one, with space for thoughtful reflection and conversation with others.

The short course is free to attend, and you can join in person or online.

This is a two-session course, running on Wednesday 2 September and Wednesday 9 September.
