Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Australian Government has encouraged Higher Education Providers (HEP) to create new 6-month courses for people to upskill. FEE-HELP loan loadings for Undergraduate studies starting in semester 2, 2020 have also been waived. So there is no better time to start your study than now!

Trinity is now able to add the Undergraduate Certificate of Ministry and the Undergraduate Certificate of Theology to our suite of courses. In each of the certificates you will need to complete four (4) units, either 6 months full-time or 2 years part-time. Both Certificates are approved for FEE-HELP and full-time students may be eligible to receive payments such as Austudy, Youth Allowance, or Abstudy.

These courses will introduce students to the sources and content of the Christian story and message by providing training that emphasises application and articulation of this story and message in the contemporary world, including professional and vocational life.

As well as introducing students to specialist disciplines in which knowledge of God is developed and articulated (units like Bible and Languages, Christian Thought and History), students can also choose electives in Evangelism and Missiology, Pastoral Ministry or Youth and Children’s Ministry.  This establishes a firm grounding for ministry by balancing theological knowledge with practice-based learning.
